1. Where do you ship?

Maison Aurelle currently ships only within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There are no additional delivery charges at checkout.

3. How long will delivery take?

Our delivery time includes both handling and transit:

• Handling Time: 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

• Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

This means your total delivery time will be approximately 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

4. Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
