Maison Aurelle – Returns & Cancellation Policy

Please note: We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet these conditions:

  1. All parts and original packaging are included and undamaged.

  2. Only normal handling is visible; no damage from misuse.

  3. Hygiene-sensitive items have been properly cleaned.

  4. Any defect was reported immediately on receipt.

  5. Return postage is paid by the customer.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days once received and approved.

Maison Aurelle may refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage not caused by us.

How to return:
Email info@maisonaurelle.co.uk with your order number, reason for return, customer name, address, and (if applicable) a photo of any damage.
Wait for our reply with the correct return address. Do not send goods to the sender’s address.


Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

You have 14 days from the date you (or your nominated recipient) receive your order to cancel.

Because orders are processed immediately, we cannot stop dispatch once placed. If the parcel is already in transit, wait for delivery and then return it.

To cancel, email info@maisonaurelle.co.uk with a clear statement of withdrawal. Cancellation is effective when we receive both your notice and the returned goods. The cost of return shipping is yours.


Refunds

When your cancellation is confirmed and goods are received, we will refund all payments excluding delivery costs (and any extra charges for non-standard delivery) within 14 days. Refunds use the same payment method you used for the original order.
